Our professional cleaning and deck team ensures clean, safe, and comfortable, and its stylish and modern design offers a privileged experience at sea and on our tours, complete with complimentary refreshments. Thanks to our atmospheric stabilizer, our yacht offers a safer and more stable and undisturbed experience on our tours than other yachts. You can choose extras such as a menu, traditional Turkish music group, photo and video shooting, volcano and laser show before booking. • If you bring your own food/beverage, service is required (including plates, glasses, ice, and use of the refrigerator). Can I exceed the boat's passenger capacity?

Unfortunately, the passenger capacity of our boats is strictly determined by the government according to the legal limits specified in their official licenses. This capacity includes infants and children. Due to legal regulations, exceeding the capacity is strictly prohibited under any circumstances.

In the event of a capacity violation, legal action and fines may be imposed during inspections conducted by the Coast Guard and the Directorate General of Coastal Safety.

Can I embark or disembark at a location other than the boat's home port?

Yes, it is possible. However, the time required for the boat to travel from its home port to your requested pick-up location and to return at the end of the tour will be included in your total rental duration. Additionally, any mooring (docking) fees charged by external piers are the responsibility of our guests. Public piers operated by 'Şehir Hatları' (such as Beşiktaş, Kabataş, Üsküdar, Kadıköy, etc.) charge a mooring fee. You can contact our customer service for current rates and availability regarding these locations.

What is the service fee and do I need to pay it?

On some boats, a 'Service Fee' is applied if you wish to bring your own food, beverages, and/or alcohol, or if you want to use the boat’s kitchenware such as plates, glasses, and cutlery. The service fee policy and the amount vary from boat to boat. Please check the 'Terms of Use' section on the boat’s page.

Can I bring my own food and drinks?
