TEKNEVIA CANCELLATION POLICY Transparent, reliable and fair cancellation and prepayment refund policies applicable to reservations made through the Teknevia Platform. 40% Prepayment To complete the boat rental transaction, the Member makes a prepayment equal to 40% of the total reservation amount. Full Refund Without Deductions If the reservation is cancelled in accordance with the specified cancellation terms, the prepayment amount is refunded to the Member in full. Accrual to the Boat Owner In cancellations that do not comply with the cancellation terms, the prepayment is not refunded and this amount accrues in favor of the Boat Owner. Reservation Types and Cancellation Periods There are 5 different reservation types on the Teknevia Platform. The free cancellation periods and prepayment refund terms applicable to each reservation type are set out below:

Semi-Flexible Reservation Up to 7 days before the start of the tour If less than 7 days remain before the start of the tour, the prepayment is not refunded. Strict Reservation Up to 10 days before the start of the tour If less than 10 days remain before the start of the tour, the prepayment is not refunded. Super Strict Reservation Up to 30 days before the start of the tour If less than 30 days remain before the start of the tour, the prepayment is not refunded. Accommodation Reservation Within 1 week from the reservation date After the 1-week period from the reservation date has passed OR if less than 45 days remain before the tour, the prepayment is not refunded.

Important Application and Cancellation Principles Each Boat Owner has the unilateral authority to determine which reservation type will apply to their listing on the Teknevia Platform. Before making a reservation, Members can find out which reservation type applies on the relevant Boat listing page. For reservations that have previously been subject to a date change, the date closest to the tour date among the changed dates is taken as the basis for applying the cancellation terms. In the event of partial deficiencies in the performance of additional services, the Member may only request a refund of the portion corresponding to that service. This does not justify a refund of the entire tour. Factors such as weather conditions, rain, cloudiness and wind may justify cancellation of the Reservation only in cases where navigational safety cannot be ensured for the Boat. The provisions of the Distance Boat Rental Agreement signed between the Boat Owner and the Member are reserved.
