TEKNEVIA CANCELLATION TERMS

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

In order to complete the boat rental transaction to be carried out through the Teknevia Platform, a prepayment of 40% of the total reservation fee is made by the Member.

  • If the reservation is canceled in accordance with the cancellation conditions specified below, the prepayment amount will be fully refunded to the Member.
  • If the reservation is canceled contrary to the cancellation conditions, the prepayment amount will not be refunded and this amount will accrue to the benefit of the Boat Owner.

RESERVATION TYPES AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

There are five different reservation types specified below on the Teknevia Platform, and the free cancellation periods and prepayment refund conditions applicable to each reservation type are different.

Flexible Reservation

Up to 3 days before tour start

If less than 3 days remain before the tour start, prepayment is not refunded

Semi-Flexible Reservation

Up to 7 days before tour start

If less than 7 days remain before the tour start, prepayment is not refunded

Strict Reservation

Up to 10 days before tour start

If less than 10 days remain before the tour start, prepayment is not refunded

Super Strict Reservation

Up to 30 days before tour start

If less than 30 days remain before the tour start, prepayment is not refunded

Accommodation Reservation

Within 1 week from Reservation Date

If less than 45 days remain before the tour start or more than 1 week has passed since the reservation date, prepayment is not refunded

Each Boat Owner has the authority to unilaterally determine which reservation type will be applied within the scope of their listing on the Teknevia Platform.

Members can learn which reservation type is valid on the relevant Boat listing page before completing the reservation process.

In the application of cancellation conditions for reservations that have been subject to date changes, the date closest to the tour date among the changed dates is taken as basis.

The provisions of the Distance Boat Rental Agreement signed between the Boat Owner and the Member are reserved.
