Our Eurocraft yacht has a capacity of six people, with or without meals. We are always happy to welcome you, our guests, with our guarantee of quality service. A service charge per person applies if you bring your own food and drinks. There is no service charge per person if you have a meal reservation on board. Master suites are available for a fee with daily rentals. We offer decoration services for all kinds of celebrations, events, and anniversaries. Pets are not allowed on board. Flammable materials (confetti, fireworks, etc.) are not permitted during celebrations. Depending on kitchen availability, hot and soft drinks are provided by our yacht. Can I exceed the boat's passenger capacity?

Unfortunately, the passenger capacity of our boats is strictly determined by the government according to the legal limits specified in their official licenses. This capacity includes infants and children. Due to legal regulations, exceeding the capacity is strictly prohibited under any circumstances.

In the event of a capacity violation, legal action and fines may be imposed during inspections conducted by the Coast Guard and the Directorate General of Coastal Safety.

Can I embark or disembark at a location other than the boat's home port?

Yes, it is possible. However, the time required for the boat to travel from its home port to your requested pick-up location and to return at the end of the tour will be included in your total rental duration. Additionally, any mooring (docking) fees charged by external piers are the responsibility of our guests. Public piers operated by 'Şehir Hatları' (such as Beşiktaş, Kabataş, Üsküdar, Kadıköy, etc.) charge a mooring fee. You can contact our customer service for current rates and availability regarding these locations.

What is the service fee and do I need to pay it?

On some boats, a 'Service Fee' is applied if you wish to bring your own food, beverages, and/or alcohol, or if you want to use the boat’s kitchenware such as plates, glasses, and cutlery. The service fee policy and the amount vary from boat to boat. Please check the 'Terms of Use' section on the boat’s page.

After clicking the 'See Prices' button on the boat's page, you can add the service fee to your tour from the 'Extras' section in the 'Select Food and Service' step.

Can I bring my own food and drinks?

Can I have a swimming tour on the boat?

Of course

If you would like to conduct a swimming tour, simply select the “I want to have a swimming tour” option on the boat page. Once selected, the system will provide you with suitable time slots and details. You can then check the price by making your selections.

Is there a food menu available on the boat?

Yes, we offer professional catering and cocktail services on our boats. While creating your reservation, you can review the menu details and per-person prices in the “Select Food and Service” section and add your preferred menu to your tour.
