How do I set my cancellation policy?

You can set your cancellation policy when adding your boat from the "My Vehicles" section in your panel.

Keep in mind that guests want to be flexible when setting your cancellation policy. It is important that you determine your cancellation policy in a way that you will not harm your boat and your guests will not suffer.

The guest can cancel free of charge within 3 days of making the reservation and will receive a refund of the prepayment IF it does not conflict with your cancellation policy. In cases where it conflicts with the owner's cancellation policy or if there is less than 72 hours before the tour starts, guests cannot benefit from the 3-day free return policy.
