What should I do after receiving a reservation request?

The faster you return to the guests, the higher your guest satisfaction and reservation rates will be. In terms of the terms of use of the platform, you must return within 24 hours at the latest after receiving a reservation request. However, this period is not recommended. The earlier you return to the guests, the higher your reservation rates can be. Therefore, we recommend that you return within 1 hour at the latest.

You can confirm the reservation request by going to the "Availability" section in your captain panel. If the guest pays after confirming the reservation request, the reservation becomes final.
