What should I do if someone asks me to pay outside the Teknevia platform?

Teknevia provides a 100% secure payment experience for your reservation. When you make the prepayment and make your reservation, the prepayment you have made is not credited to the boat owner's account until your tour is completed. Since you will pay the remaining amount on the boat to the owner of the boat, your refund is guaranteed in case the boat does not come or you cannot go on the tour due to the owner of the boat.
