Just Average Experience

I booked this boat service for my marriage anniversary. I arrived on time at the pickup location as communicated with the boat representative. However, they arrived 15 minutes late and then took another 15 minutes to board us due to some reason. The point is, we were a couple standing for 35 minutes outside the boat in the scorching sun without being attended to, despite being their customers. Later, when the boat started, they moved it in front of us and changed the location, making us walk an additional 100 meters to get on the boat. We have a newborn baby just 40 days old, and we had to walk to reach the boat. After all these inconveniences, we finally boarded the boat, only to find that the balloon and table decorations were not done. I thought they would start the setup soon, but they seemed unaware of it. They didn't know anything about the decorations, and after 40 minutes of travel, I had to show them the screenshot of my paid service for table and balloon decorations. Only then did they start working on it, but the setup they did was just bad. They didn't understand the importance of this event for us and provided only average work. Although they were friendly and helpful, their service was not professional enough to ensure a good experience. From the first day, I had messaged them about my extra orders and shared the screenshot to ensure everything was ready. I even reminded them on the morning of the event. Thank you.

Amazing Crew !!

The crew was extremely friendly and very helpful and they made us very comfortable. They were also felixaeble with the payment methods which was very helpful. would definitely love to do the tour with them again and definitely recommend!!
