Of course, you can cancel, but there are some cases of getting back the payments you have made or will make in this regard.

First of all, you can think of it as having 2 cancellation policies. Teknevia cancellation policy and boat owner's cancellation policy. Where these intersect, the owner's is valid.

When you make your reservation, if it does not coincide with the cancellation policy of the boat owner, you can cancel it free of charge within 3 days and get your entire prepayment back.

However, if there is less than 3 days before the start of the tour, the 3-day free cancellation policy will not apply.

In addition, if your 3-day free cancellation period conflicts with the cancellation policy of the boat owner, it still does not apply.

For instance;

The boat owner's cancellation policy can be canceled 10 days before the start of the tour. If you have made a reservation 10 days before the start of your reservation, the 3-day free cancellation policy will not apply.
