How does the reservation process work?

During the reservation process;

If the boat can be booked instantly, you can make your reservation with a direct prepayment by selecting the details of your charter on the boat detail page and clicking "Reserve".

If you can see the boat prices and availability, but you need to send a reservation request, you can send a reservation request by selecting the details of your charter on the boat detail page and clicking "Send Reservation Request". Then, you can see the status of your request in the "My Offers" section and make a reservation with a prepayment.

If there are boat prices but you need to inquire about the availability, you can send an availability inquiry request by selecting the details of your charter on the boat detail page and clicking "Inquire about Availability". Then, you can see the status of your request in the "My Offers" section and make a reservation with a prepayment.

If you can't see the boat prices and availability, but you need to get a price, you can send a price request by selecting the details of your rental on the boat detail page and clicking "Get Price". Then, you can see the status of your request in the "My Offers" section and make a reservation with a prepayment.

You can view your reservation details in the "My Reservations" section.

If there is more than 3 days before the start of your tour, the contact information of the boat owner will be sent to you by e-mail at the end of 72 hours from the time you make the reservation. If your tour is less than 3 days away, the boat owner's contact information will be sent directly to you.
